1. She doesn't know how to act when she feels sorry, and she can't fathom how shocked or hurt the other person must feel when she uses violence against them.
2. Yes, and that's because she's grown so numb to it and she doesn't know what life is like outside of that. Woo Eunjeong had never experienced anything that made her challenge her thoughts. There were no exceptions in her life to think otherwise. Because she didn't have anyone to teach her in words, she could only learn from experience and all she's learnt is making others succumb through power. That's why she's incapable of making a different choice - she doesn't realize that there are other choices. For her, it's just inevitable.
3. She lived her life that way because that was the life given to her. I think that she's just beginning to understand that her actions can hurt others, because of the affection she feels for Suji. She still has to learn what it's like to have a normal relationship. I think that Woo Eunjeong is the slowest one to mature into adulthood. If she were to further develop things with Suji at this point, it would've only ended badly, and that, I was very sure about. If that were to happen, we knew what it would do to her, so we wanted to make her avoid it.
4. I kept thinking of ways we could make Eunjeong live a more normal life in the long run, and that's how we came up with the ending. I didn't want to make her unhappy. It's not about Eunjeong getting punished for what she did to Suji in the past, but more about Suji making the wisest decision she could make at that point. Suji has just started to realize things about herself, so rather than making her struggle with her past, we wanted her to have more happy experiences. That's why we decided that now wouldn't be a good time for them. Of course, it might still not work out in the future, but the possibility would still be there...
5. "5. Will your next piece be GL as well? When will we get to see it?"
6. We haven't really discussed it yet, but we've exchanged lots of ideas about our next piece. While working on The Love Doctor, we came to realize that our intentions didn't exactly line up with it being a series for all ages, and we talked about trying a more mature piece next time. If we get the opportunity, we'd definitely like to attempt a mature GL comic.
7. GL, of course! We've decided on the concept for our main character - things like her job, appearance, etc. - but the story isn't decided at this point. We'd love to work on another series, but I guess that just depends on whether we get the opportunity or not.
