This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Yurivan, including credit packs and subscriptions for the Yurivan Credits AI generation service operated by Tengen AI Corp. By making a purchase you agree to this Policy and to the Terms of Service.

When an AI generation fails for a reason within Tengen's control, your reserved credits are automatically released back to your balance, typically within seconds. No user action is required. Examples:
When a generation fails because the prompt itself violated the Terms (minor-coded content, real-person likeness, etc.), credits are not refunded. The strike system in the Content Moderation Policy applies.
You may request a refund of a credit pack purchase within 14 days of purchase if you have not consumed any credits from that pack. Bonus credits granted as part of the pack are also forfeited.
Email support@yurivan.com from the email address on your account with your Order ID (visible at Account → Billing → History) and an optional reason. We respond within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the original processor. Card refunds typically settle in 5-10 business days. Crypto refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, less network fees and spread; we do not reimburse exchange-rate differences.
If any credit from a pack has been consumed, the entire pack is non-refundable. Credits cannot be partially refunded.
Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not refund the current cycle. You retain the credits granted in the current cycle through the end of that cycle. Cancel at Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
You may request a prorated refund of the current monthly subscription cycle if all of the following are true:
The prorated refund covers the unused fraction of the cycle. Bonus discounts (such as the 10% off-packs subscriber benefit) cannot be retroactively reversed; we do not claw back pack purchases that benefited from the subscriber discount.
After the 7-day window or once you have consumed more than half of the cycle's credits, no refund of the current cycle is available. The subscription cycle continues to its scheduled end and then does not renew.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact support@yurivan.com first. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most disputes faster than the chargeback process.
Filing a chargeback for a charge that complies with these Terms is a violation of the Terms of Service. Chargeback fraud results in:
Promotional credits, bonus credits granted with packs (e.g., the +10% to +30% pack bonuses), and trial credits are not refundable for cash and have no monetary value. They may expire or be revoked per their specific terms.
If Tengen materially reduces or discontinues a feature in a way that diminishes the value of unused credits you have purchased, we will offer a prorated refund of the affected unused balance. Routine model swaps (e.g., upgrading from one text-generation model to a comparable replacement) do not trigger this provision.
If your account is terminated for cause (Terms violation), unused credits are forfeited and no refund is offered. If we terminate without cause, we will issue a prorated refund of unused credits to your original payment method.
This Policy does not limit any statutory consumer protection rights you have under your local law (for example, EU consumer directives or UK Consumer Rights Act protections, where applicable). Where statutory rights conflict with this Policy, statutory rights prevail.
