Yurivan (the "Service") is operated by Tengen AI Corp, a Delaware corporation ("Tengen", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service at https://www.yurivan.com you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use any part of the Service.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into this contract.
- The Service is not available to users in Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom. Traffic from these jurisdictions is blocked at our network edge. You remain responsible for compliance with the laws of your location.
- You may not use the Service if you are subject to United States economic sanctions or appear on any government list of prohibited or restricted persons.
2. Account Registration
- You may browse the public catalog without an account (subject to the age gate). To upload content, generate AI content, or purchase credits you must register an account.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information. We may verify your identity at any time, including via Persona or Yoti age verification.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Content Moderation Policy, or applicable law.
3. Adult Content; Acceptable Use
The Service contains adult content depicting fictional adult characters in romantic and/or sexual scenarios, primarily between women. By using the Service you confirm you are voluntarily seeking such content and that doing so is lawful in your location.
Categorically prohibited. You may not upload, generate, request generation of, distribute, or solicit any of the following:
- Persons under 18, or characters appearing under 18 (loli/shota/aged-down imagery, "schoolgirl" content where any character is below college age).
- Real-person depiction or recognizable likeness of any real individual in sexual contexts. Deepfakes are prohibited.
- Non-consensual content presented approvingly (rape advocacy; content framing clearly non-consensual scenarios as desirable rather than as fictional dramatic conflict).
- Bestiality, necrophilia, scat, urination, or other content categorically restricted under Mastercard or Visa adult-content rules.
- Incest involving any minor character, regardless of fictional framing.
- Sexual content depicting violence, gore, mutilation, or torture.
- Content infringing third-party copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Content unlawful in the United States under 18 USC §§ 2251-2260A, 2421A, or applicable state law.
Other prohibitions. You also may not:
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download Service content beyond what robots.txt allows.
- Attempt to circumvent the age gate, the credit ledger, generation rate limits, or content safety filters.
- Upload or transmit malware, phishing content, or any disruptive code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary models, prompts, or pipeline configuration.
- Use the Service to generate content for downstream use that would violate this section.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute generated content other than as Section 5 permits.
4. Yurivan Credits — AI Generation Service
- Credits are units of account used to access AI generation features. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted.
- Credits may be acquired by purchasing a credit pack, by subscribing to a plan that grants a recurring credit allotment, or by promotional grants at our discretion.
- Pricing is published in the Yurivan Credits checkout interface. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice; existing pack purchases and active subscription cycles are not affected by mid-cycle price changes.
- Credits are consumed according to the per-action cost published in-product. Costs may change for new generations with 7 days' notice; in-flight generations are billed at the cost in effect when generation began.
- Failed generations. If a generation fails for reasons within our control, reserved credits are released back to your balance automatically. If a generation fails because the prompt itself violated Section 3 or the safety filter, credits are not refunded; the strike system in the Content Moderation Policy applies.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription credit allotments do not roll over.
- Auto-reload. If you enable auto-reload, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method when your available credits drop below your selected threshold. Auto-reload may be disabled at any time.
- Pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing cycle if the subscription is canceled.

5. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including the Yurivan brand, software, models, prompts, and pipeline configuration, is owned by Tengen or its licensors. Nothing here grants you any rights in our IP except the limited license to use the Service.
- You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, transcode, and create derivative works of your uploaded content as necessary to operate the Service.
- Subject to applicable law, you may use AI content you generate via Yurivan Credits for personal and commercial purposes, including resale, provided you comply with Section 3.
- Copyrightability disclaimer. Pure AI-generated output may not be copyrightable under current US Copyright Office guidance. We make no representation that you can register copyright in pure AI output.
- We may use anonymized prompt and output data to improve the Service. You can opt out at Account Settings without losing access to any feature.
- Copyright owners alleging infringement should follow the procedure at /dmca.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store your full payment instrument data.
- You authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method for one-time purchases or to recur per your subscription.
- You agree to keep your payment information current. If a charge fails we may suspend Service access until the charge is resolved.
- Use of stolen payment instruments or false identity will result in immediate termination, reversal of granted credits, and reporting to law enforcement.
- Chargebacks. Disputing a legitimate charge as a chargeback rather than requesting a refund through our published process is a breach of these Terms. Tengen may recover from your account, suspend access, terminate your account, and refer fraudulent chargebacks to processor industry blacklists.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. If a feature is discontinued in a way that materially diminishes the value of credits you have purchased, we will offer a prorated refund of unused credits.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, stylistic flaws, or output that does not match your prompt. We do not warrant the quality, suitability, or originality of any specific generated output.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $100.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tengen, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content you upload or generate; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@yurivan.com or via the in-product account-deletion flow.
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, the Content Moderation Policy, or applicable law, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- On termination, unused pack credits are forfeited unless termination was without cause and you request a prorated refund within 30 days.
- Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 9-13, and 15 survive termination.
13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Mandatory arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be held in Santa Clara County, California, or by video conference. Each party will bear its own costs except as the arbitrator orders.
Class-action waiver. You and Tengen each waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action arising out of these Terms.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service and by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Content Moderation Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the DMCA Policy, and the AI Generated Content Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tengen regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.
