"They're always making films together, and talking about what they want to do, and it follows the main character as she prepares for a major audition." 8. "A classic tale." 9. "and her friend tries to stop her, but the MC is too passionate to stop, so she relents?" 10. "And what do they encounter along the way?"

1. "We've seen her get rejected over and over, so we really want her to succeed... or something." 2. "This seems to be a very you kind of story, Maekawa-sensei." 6. "You really have to impress upon the readers why the main character won't give in." 7. "Making that clear is vital." 8. "But a manga that focuses on friendship, with only light romantic elements," 9. "can sometimes be a hard sell to readers. Are you alright with that?" 10. "Then let's start storyboarding." 11. "Think about the patterns the story should have." 12. "Yes!"
