Fragtime

Moritani can freeze time for a few minutes a day, and she spends those stolen moments quietly observing the classmates she could never bring herself to approach. When she uses her power on class idol Murakami and finds the other girl is somehow immune, her secret unravels and an unlikely closeness begins.
