After BC Freedom loses the winter tournament, Marie orders her two prickliest students, the haughty internal student Oshida and the blunt external transfer Andou, to share a room and learn to actually get along. Bickering over class, culture, and who teases whom slowly tips into something far more intimate, sealed over roasted green tea and taiyaki neither of them will admit they enjoyed.
