2. I had a dream. 3. I was on a date with my girlfriend. 4. The girlfriend was shiho, though. 5. The only clear memory I have from the dream is the unpleasant sensation of being completely happy.

1. "Yeah, sure..." 2. "Oh, right." 3. "Yes, sir." 4. I haven't seen her even once since I started college, though... 5. "Sure, I'm fine." 6. "..." 7. "Miwa, you haven't eaten a thing!" 8. "Are you feeling all right?" 9. "Sure, see you at the office." 10. "Yeah, I'll take a look at it for you." 11. "Come now, honey." 12. "Really? You look pale. Should I take your temperature?" 13. "You know, there's a cold going around right now. I heard about it on tv." 14. "I had a weird dream, that's all."

1. "She says she's fine, so..." 2. "Ah, I'm running late, I should head to school." 3. "Thanks for breakfast." 4. Glad I was lucky today... 5. I found a seat... 6. I'm no good at staying awake... 7. ... 8. ...or was I lucky?

1. She said she wanted me to break up with her. 2. I haven't responded yet. 3. But the way saeko is acting, it's almost as if none of it ever happened. 4. She's just treating me like nothing's changed. 5. I thought we were both doing all right together? 6. Hey, saeko, why? 7. "I mean, I heard what you said, but..." 8. "I dunno, don't you think we were both trying a little too hard?" 9. "... To me, it didn't seem like you loved your girlfriend at all."
