Saeko has been out since high school and is used to hiding how she really feels. Miwa is quiet, unsure, and has never dated anyone. On the first day of college they blurt out a confession at the same clumsy moment and decide to just try going out, before either of them has worked out what that means. What follows is the messy, funny, painfully honest reality of a first relationship: learning each other's bodies, picking fights over small things, meeting the friends and the exes, and slowly figuring out whether wanting someone is the same as knowing how to love them. A grounded josei romance about two girls building a life, and a band, together. Original title: 付き合ってあげてもいいかな (Tsukiatte Agete mo Ii Kana).
